U.S. Army Reserve Col. Straus M. Scantlin (center), director of the Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG) for the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), engages in discussion while participating in the Joint Warfighting Assessment 2021 distinguished visitor day, at Fort Carson, Colo., June 25, 2021. USACAPOC(A) Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations and Information Operations Soldiers took part in JWA 2021 with participants from different Army units and multinational partners such as U.K., Australian and Canadian armed forces, working to improve interoperability between U.S. joint forces and our allies. JWA exercises help the Army evaluate emerging concepts, integrate new technologies, and promote interoperability between the Army, other services, and our multinational partners. Joint and multinational partners are key to the success of Multi-Domain Operations.
