EBWC Army Combat Physical Fitness Test

U.S. Army 1st Lt. Bryant Sullivan, Fayetteville, North Carolina native, and Infantry Platoon Leader with 2nd Cavalry Regiment, 7th Army Training Command, carries kettle bells during the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7. The Soldiers conduct an Army Combat Physical Fitness Test (ACFT) which is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination. Training will be tough, realistic, iterative, and battle-focused. We are adaptive and ready. We remain highly trained, skilled and ready to deploy anytime, anywhere at a moment’s notice to win.
