An Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy Seabee assigned to 1st Naval Construction Battalion works alongside U.S. Marines assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 to construct a new classroom during an engineer civil assistance project in support of Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX 2013) at Dallipawen Elementary School, San Narciso, Dallipawen, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 24, 2012. PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
