210801-N-TP544-1032 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Aug. 1, 2021) Landing Craft, Air Cushion 66 assigned to Assault Craft Unit 4, approaches the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) August 1, 2021. Kearsarge is underway to support Large-Scale Exercise (LSE 2021), a globally integrated exercise designed to test advanced warfare concepts across the full-range of maritime and amphibious operations under Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO).
