PONCE, Puerto Rico - (Aug. 3, 2021) – Sailors assigned to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) lower the search and rescue (SAR) swimmer into the water while conducting SAR training on the fo’c’sle, Aug. 3, 2021.
