A U.S. Army Flight Paramedic with Task Force Diamond Head, 25th Aviation Regiment, and a U.S. Army Combat Medic with Task Force Warrior, are hoisted up on a Jungle Penetrator, a tool used to extract ambulatory casualties from heavily forested areas, at Baturaja Training Area, Indonesia, on August 9, 2021. Garuda Shield 21 is a two-week joint-exercise between the United States Army and Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI-AD Indonesia Armed Forces).
