Dohrmann presents a coin of excellence to North Dakota National Guard soldiers in the 164th Engineer Battalion during their annual training on Camp Ripley Training Center, Minnesota, on August 10, 2021. The 164th will spend two weeks out in the field at Camp Ripley and will conduct crew served weapons and rifle qualifications, hand grenade training, a FTX/CPX and other battalion training events.
