Juerg Lischewski, a cargo train driver with Deutsche Bahn, uses a remote control to start his train’s engine. Lischewski said he can control the train remotely, to include moving it forward or backwards, and more. He and a team from Deutsche Bahn, along with the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Army Field Support Battalion-Mannheim, conducted a series of tests on a new, prototype German rail car at Coleman Worksite Aug. 10-11.
