The Fort Drum Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program has offered a summer hiking series called the BOSS5 Hike Club, and challenged Soldiers to complete all five Adirondack peaks. Pvt. Clayton Libberton, with D Company, 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, earned the distinction of being the only 10th Mountain Division (LI) Soldier to complete the BOSS5 Hike Club challenge this summer. Libberton was awarded a garrison challenge coin from Command Sgt. Maj. Roberto Munoz, Fort Drum garrison senior enlisted adviser, at the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers facility on Aug. 3.
