    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers representatives joined partner agencies at a signing ceremony in Lincoln, California, marking approval of the historic Placer County Conservation Program plan. Nearly 20 years in the making, the PCCP covers more than 260,000 acres of land in western Placer County and Lincoln. PCCP-partnering agencies include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, South Placer Regional Transportation Authority, City of Lincoln and Placer County Water Agency.
