WIESBADEN, Germany – Commander of the Danish Army Maj. Gen. Gunner Nielsen and members of his staff visited the U.S. Army Europe and Africa headquarters here, Aug. 12, 2021. U.S. Army Europe and Africa Commanding General Gen. Christopher Cavoli welcomed the delegation with an honor cordon made up of Soldiers from the 529th Military Police Company Honor Guard.
During the visit, Nielsen and Cavoli signed a Declaration of Intent on Bilateral Cooperation between Danish and U.S. Land Forces. The declaration demonstrates that U.S. Army Europe and Africa's commitment to ally and partner nations remains ironclad. (U.S. Army photo by Robert Sekula)
