U.S. Air Force retired John Burton from Fresno, California throws the first pitch at the Aurora Sports Park, in Aurora, Colorado. "I'm very proud." Burton said, "think the world of it," when asked what he thought of the long tradition he started 55 years ago. Several teams from over six states are participating in this years annual National Guard softball tournament. This tournament has been going for 55 years and was started in 1966 by John Burton.
