Chief of Staff of the Army, Gen. James C. McConville tours the tactical operations center of the 346th Transportation Battalion during his first visit to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 11, 2021. McConville met with U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers and observed them in action at several of the installation's training sites. There are currently more than 4,100 service members training between four exercises at Fort McCoy, which strengthens total force readiness by serving as a training center, mobilization force generation installation and strategic support area.
