1st. Lt. Julio Montero, a platoon leader with 196th Transportation Company, provides areas to improve upon and areas to sustain to Observer Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) for an After Action Review (AAR) after his unit completed a convoy training during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 12, 2021. OC/Ts play a critical role in providing feedback to the unit, informally, through everyday interactions and, formally, through mid and final AARs. These events give the training audience actions to consider for sustainment and improvement. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Staff Sgt. Dalton Smith)
