U.S. Army Col. Trent D. Upton, commander of 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, receives the Silver Medallion of the Order of Saint George by Maj. Gen. Charles D. Costanza, commanding general of the 3rd ID Aug. 12, 2021, on Fort Stewart Georgia. He received the Silver Medallion of Saint George for his leadership, service and support of armor and cavalry units.
