Master Sgt. Jimmy Petrolia and Staff Sgt. Adam Vanhaaster, pararescuemen assigned to the 131st Rescue Squadron, provide medical attention to a 54-year-old male patient suffering from stroke-like symptoms Feb. 4, 2012. Responding to the call from the Eleventh District Coast Guard at Alameda, pararescuers, or PJs, two HH-60G Pave Hawks and one MC-130P Combat Shadow aircraft departed Moffett Federal Airfield for the MSC Beijing, a cargo ship more than 200 miles off the coast of California. Guardsmen air lifted the patient to the San Jose Regional Medical Center. (Air National Guard photo by Senior Airman Jessica Green)
