Col. Bruce E. Pollard, outgoing commander of Installation Management Command (Forward), thanks his team and expresses his confidence in Col. Kevin Entwistle, incoming commander, IMCOM (Fwd), during a change of command and responsibility ceremony, Oct. 8. During his 12 month tour to Afghanistan, Pollard was in charge of ensuring quality living conditions for servicemembers and civilians residing at Camp Leatherneck.
