A Bulgarian army soldier, 68th Special Forces Brigade, conducts fast rope insertion training during a decisive action training environment exercise at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, Oct. 9, 2012. DATE is designed to train participating forces to plan, prepare and execute Unified Land Operations against a complex threat. The rotation has approximately 1700 multinational participants, as well as National Guard and joint U.S. forces.
