Sgt. 1st. Class Patrick Kruse, an observer coach/trainer in the U.S. Army Reserve from the 3rd Battalion, 309th Regiment, facilitates an after action review with Soldiers from the 147th Human Resources Command, Minnesota National Guard, during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 16, 2021.
