Pfc. Hunter Skaw (right), enlists in the Alaska Army National Guard as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter repairer. Skaw enlisted while he was a junior at Colony High School in Wasilla, Alaska, and went to basic combat training during the summer before his senior year.
