Navy Reserve Sailors from NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville and FLC Norfolk train with civilian mariners on the deployment of the distributed littoral operational fuel transfer system (DLOFTS). The expeditionary refueling exercise off the North Carolina coast was part of Large Scale Exercise 2021 (LSE 2021). LSE 2021 is part of an on-going series of exercises that demonstrates the U.S. Navy’s ability to employ precise, lethal, and overwhelming force globally across three naval component commands, five numbered fleets, and 17 time zones.
