An extended range fuel tank is seen on an MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft assigned to the 163d Attack Wing, California Air National Guard, Aug. 9, 2021, at March Air Reserve Base, California, before a flight to map the Dixie Fire burning in northern California. Additional fuel tanks give the aircraft extra gas to work on a fire a longer duration.
