Soldiers from the 528th Hospital Center, 1st Medical Brigade, 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command move containers with supplies for the field hospital site at Dona Ana Housing Area at Fort Bliss, Texas, on Aug. 22, 2021. A Role Two facility is being established at the Dona Ana Housing Area. The Department of Defense, in support of the Department of State, is providing transportation and temporary housing in support of Operation Allies Refuge. This initiative follows through on America's commitment to Afghan citizens who have helped the United States and provides them essential support at secure locations outside Afghanistan.
