Casey Humphries, Nevada Department of Wildlife game warden and Rear Adm. Brian Penoyer, Eleventh Coast Guard District commander, attend an award presentation Friday, at the Nevada Department of Wildlife regional office. Humphries was awarded the Public Service Commendation Medal for rescuing passengers of a capsized recreational vessel at Lake Mead in Boulder City, Nevada, in May 2020.
