Joint Base San Antonio members take part in the Excellence in Competition Pistol Shoot, Aug. 27, 2021, at JBSA Chapman Annex, Texas. The EIC program conducts all matches in accordance with guidelines established by the Civilian Marksmanship Program, the civilian parent organization.
