Members of the Tennessee Air National Guard, from a vast array of career fields, participated in land navigation and survival skill training in the more rural parts of Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Aug. 19. Survival skills learned included fire production, emergency rations, map reading, signaling for help, and procuring shelter.
