U.S. Border Patrol agents help to clear a flooded neighborhood in Madisonville, La., August 31, 2021. The agents discovered extensive debris in a culvert that was preventing the Hurricane Ida waters from draining the area. Once agents removed the debris, the water was able to drain, allowing residents to leave their homes and get needed supplies.
