Col. Elizabeth Evans expresses her profound honor in returning to the place she served ten years ago during a Change of Command ceremony Sept 11, 2021, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. Evans is a traditional Guardsman with full-time employment as an owner and CEO of a construction company. "I want Camp Blanding to be where training is a pleasure," Evans said in an interview after the ceremony.
