James Dickinson, commander of U.S. Space Command, address an audience during the 20th anniversary of the of the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon during the North American Aerospace Defense Command and the United States Northern Command Commemoration Ceremony on Sept. 11 at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.
