Col. John Pogorek, 157th Air Refueling Wing commander, addresses attendees at a naming ceremony for the base's new aircraft. During the ceremony, a part of the Thunder Over New Hampshire Airshow, the wing named their 12 new KC-46 aircraft after the 10 counties of New Hampshire and the two towns adjacent to the base, Sept. 12, 2021. Pogorek said the citizens of New Hampshire and their continued support and involvement was essential to bring the Air Force's newest tanker to Pease.
