SEATTLE - Members of the public tour the newly renovated fish ladder viewing room, Aug. 16, 2021, after Col. Alexander 'Xander' Bullock, district commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, held a ribbon cutting ceremony to formally re-open the facility.
