Cameron Hartley, a human intelligence collector and Thai linguist with the 341st Military Intelligence Battalion, Washington Army National Guard, provides interpretation services during a subject matter expert exchange with aviators from the Royal Thai Army, Aug 24, 2021 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The exchange is part of the State Partnership Program which pairs a state or territory's National Guard with the military of a foreign nation.
