A pattern of VS-17 panels marks wind direction on the drop zone where Special Tactics operators from the 24th Special Operations Wing will land after parachuting Sept. 3, 2021, during Ángel de los Andes Cooperación VII in Rionegro, Colombia. Ángel de los Andes is a Colombian-led Search & Rescue (SAR) exercise, while Cooperación VII is a multinational Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Response (HA/DR) exercise.
