YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 16, 2021) — Cmdr. David Burkett, commanding officer of USS The Sullivans (DDG 68) presents a coin to Stefanie Arthur, a member of the Sullivans Elementary School PTO board onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), during a gift exchange between the ship and the school while the ship pulled in to CFAY for a scheduled visit. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
