U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Gerald Hawk, the 354th Contracting Squadron tactical communication noncommissioned officer in charge, sets up communication equipment during a Capabilities-Based Assessment at the Yukon Training Area, Sept. 14, 2021. During the exercise, Hawk and his team provided strategic communication capability to enable the use of the Battlefield Assisted Trauma Distributed Observation Kit, a real-time, multi-patient health status monitoring and documentation tool used to integrate patient data into their health records and helps identify exact locations of casualties.
