The U.S. Army Europe & Africa Band & Chorus played alongside Bulgaria's 2nd Light Infantry Band on Sept. 1, 2021 on their 2021 Stronger Together Tour. Capt. Tsvetomir Rashkov Vasilev of Bulgaria's 2nd Light Infantry Band conducts the entire group together, receiving resounding applause from the audience. The concert was a wonderful display of how two groups can come together and create sounds and art that can motivate and inspire the masses. It was a shining example of how unity and interoperability makes us stronger together. To top it all off, the set included American and Bulgarian musical pieces, including the national anthems of both countries. As America’s musical ambassadors, the performance represented the outreach and interoperability USAREUR-AF reaches with its host nation partners and Allies every single day.
