Yonkers, NY, Sept. 16, 2021--A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) has opened at the Grinton I. Will Branch of the Yonkers Public Library. FEMA Region 2 Acting Regional Administrator Chad Gorman (red mask), met with the State Coordinating Officer Pat Murphy (grey shirt) to tour the center. They were joined by Westchester Division Supervisor Susan O’Neill, Deputy Operations Section Chief Alex De La Campa and FEMA Financial Management Specialist Bernie Preisser. FEMA and other agencies are there to help residents, affected by flooding from the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Ida, get assistance. K.C. Wilsey/FEMA
