The 138th Fighter Wing breaks ground on a new Fuel Storage Complex, Sept. 20, 2021, at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla. The complex will be permanently constructed to ensure fuel self-sustainability for the 138th Fighter Wing and Oklahoma Army National Guard, as well as the consolidation of the installation’s operational fueling needs.
