Nearly 300 students from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences participated in a 30-year-old-tradition of marching through the battlefield of Antietam on Aug. 20. The students hiked to historically important sites around the national park and listened to lectures from university faculty and volunteers from the National Museum of Civil War Medicine.
