Petty Officer 1st Class Joe Gugala, Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Mobile Utilities Support Equipment construction mechanic, does a final inspection of the MUSE Aug. 30, outside the Allman Maintenance Facility on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. At NAVFAC EXWC alone, MUSE technicians possess over 119 pieces of high-to-medium voltage support equipment, including generators, transformers, and substations in their equipment inventor.
