Cat Logan took command of JBAB and the 11th Wing from outgoing commander Col. Mike Zuhlsdorf. In doing so, Logan became the first female commander of JBAB and the 11th Wing and the second commander of wing at JBAB since the Air Force wing took authority of the installation during the Department of Defense’s first-ever joint base service lead transfer in 2020.
