Pvt. 1st Class Diego Alvarez, a Soldier assigned to the 14th Human Resources Sustainment Center, presents his group’s idea to a panel of leaders, which included the Col. Fenicia L. Jackson, the chief of staff for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command Operational Command Post, and Command Sgt. Maj. Phelicea M. Redd, the command sergeant major for the 1st TSC OCP, during a Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention, or SHARP, ambassador program training session, Sept. 24, 2021, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The two-day course, hosted by the 1st TSC OCP, is designed to provide junior Soldiers with the education and skills necessary to promote a culture change within the Army.
