Brig. Gen. Russ Johnson, Idaho National Guard director of joint staff, visits Idaho National Guard citizen-Soldiers and Airmen at medical facilities in Idaho, Oct. 1, after being appointed the state's first-ever dual-status commander of its COVID-19 response effort, named Joint Task Force - Idaho, on Sept. 7.
