Robert S. Gilchrist, U.S. Ambassador to Lithuania, observes gunnery range training with soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 66th Armored Regiment in the operations tower on Oct. 6 in Pabrade, Lithuania. Lithuania is devoting national resources to expand capabilities of the Rukla and Pabrade training areas, roughly doubling their sizes and improving infrastructure.
