In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads’ Fleet and Family Support Center hosted a proclamation signing bringing together leadership from the command, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP).
