Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center hosted a job fair Sept. 29 for term and contract employees released due to declining workload and the end of the ambulance program at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill.
More than 70 employees attended the event which included almost 40 Quad Cities businesses, workforce agencies and colleges as well as island resources of Army Community Services and the Employee Assistance Program. Employees were also offered resume building classes prior to their release.
