The 820th Base Defense Group retired two of their military working dogs, MWD Nnorton and MWD Rambo, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, Oct. 15, 2021. MWD Nnorton and MWD Rambo both served for seven years and are both patrol and explosive detection certified. Their key duties included detecting explosives in deployed environments as well as in support of the United States Secret Service protecting Presidents, Vice Presidents, U.S. and foreign dignitaries.
