A Soldier from the 94th Military Police Company receives an immunization during their unit's Soldier Readiness Process (SRP) Oct. 22, 2021, at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Ayer, Mass.. Immunizations were just one step within the wide range of medical tasks that the unit needed to complete during their SRP. Commanders and leaders at all levels are responsible for individual Soldier readiness and will use all available tools, resources, and authorities to reduce the number of non-deployable Soldiers with their formations.
