A Transfer of Authority Ceremony was held for Kosovo KFOR’s Regional Command East Non-Kinetic Battalion's outgoing commander, Slovenian Armed Forces Lt. Col. Mihael Plevnik, and the battalion's new commander Slovenian Armed Forces Lt. Col. Jure Rosulnik, today at Camp Novo Selo, Kosovo.
The ceremony was presided over by Col. Brey Hopkins, Regional Command East Commander. The Battalion has elements from seven countries, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, and the United States.
