Naples, Italy – Donato Spampanato, mail clerk, Fleet Mail Center (FMC), Naval Support Activity Naples, sorts incoming mail using the new postal conveyor belt installed by NAVFAC Public Works Department, Naples. The new conveyor is one of three projects recently completed by PWD Naples that greatly improve the efficiency and quality of life for the FMC staff. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe, Africa, Central plans, builds, leases and sustains facilities and provides essential base operating services and capabilities throughout their area of operations to enable U.S. and partner nation forces to meet national defense objectives.
